Documents are listed here as they are formally recognised by the House. Publication of the full text of each document is subject to approval. Documents pending review are listed by name and description only, without text or date, until they are released.

The Charter and Constitution of The House of Hearts
Pending approvalThe principal constitutional instrument of the House. The Charter and Constitution are one unified document — establishing the offices, branches, rights and obligations of the institution, and setting out its foundational purpose, values and identity.

The Doctrine of Enduring Purpose
Pending approvalDeclared and written within the Charter and Constitution, the Doctrine of Enduring Purpose establishes that all decisions made in an official capacity by anyone within the House must be applied against it. The Doctrine is not a separate instrument — it is contained within the Charter and Constitution and carries the same constitutional force.
